Explore the covid data

The covid dataset, gathered through the John's Hopkins University database, is a set of all documented covid cases across the world. Most likely, this data will be used in conjunction with the employment data as another variable when it comes to assessing the impact of covid on employment numbers and the subsequent impact on food security. When exploring the data, the first important thing to notice is the number of anomalies in the data. These graphs are calculating the daily case count, which is a calcuated value. The Hopkins dataset provides a total case count after each day, but not the increase in cases. These missing values will probably need to be filled in with a running average, similar to a median filter, but perhaps a mean filter.
